BIOGRAPHY

Hiram Jones is the Founder, President and CEO of 3rd Force Security, based in
Clinton, Maryland. 3rd Force Security focus is on all aspects of security. Hiram's security career spans 26 years. Before establishing his own company, he was a senior Loss Prevention Officer for the May Company, as well as a senior Loss Prevention Officer for Federated Department Stores, Inc. Federated stands today as the nation's largest department store retailer. His involvement in security included facilitating security programs, security systems, surveillance systems, maintaining strict compliance with local laws, company polices and practices, investigating criminal violations against person and property, preparing complete reports to thefts and accidents as well as limiting company liability, testifying in court for cases which are criminal or civil in nature; apprehending suspects, performing search and seizure and preserving evidence. In addition, Mr. Jones has also worked 27 years for the U.S. Department of State in Financial Management and Policy. He has held numerous senior management positions providing leadership and guidance for Department of State activities and those of other Federal agencies domestic and abroad. Hiram has received numerous Meritorious and Superior Honor Awards for his accomplishments at the Department of State.

Hiram is also a current member of ASIS International (Advancing Security Worldwide).
